All my life, I have been an art lover. I began visiting art museums as a young child. I began collecting art as a young adult. I dabbled in creating my own works of art  before my children were born.  During the years that I was practicing law full-time and raising my children, I reveled in my children’s artistic talents. I confined my creative penchants, however, to decorating my home and designing my furniture (which I found someone else to make for me).

Upon my retirement in 2008, from the federal government, I opened my own law practice (see www.true-law.com ), and I began taking formal collage classes.  In 2009, I was juried into my first art show, and since then have been juried shows every year since.
